Our team created a sustainable startup called Ecology, focused on solving the environmental problem of waste hotel soaps. The aim was to collect, sanitize, and repurpose used soaps from hotels into new hygiene products.
Key Contributions:
Established operational processes: collection, disinfection, production.
Developed a business model with cost structure, revenue plan, and marketing strategy.
Built partnerships with top hotels (e.g., Taj, Hyatt).
