As an active volunteer in the MU Outreach Club, I contributed to university-led social and environmental initiatives aimed at fostering community responsibility and sustainability. These events were designed to promote hands-on learning, civic awareness, and ecological mindfulness among students.

 Events Participated In:

Nest-Making Workshop

Learned from Rakesh Khatri, two-time Limca Book of Records holder and urban bird conservationist.

  • Built eco-friendly bird nests using handcrafted materials sourced from tribal women, promoting both biodiversity and women empowerment.

  • Gained insights into the importance of urban conservation and sustainable resource use.

  • Received a certificate of appreciation signed by Mr. Khatri.

    Campus Cleaning Drive

  • Served as an official volunteer for the MU Outreach Club’s first seasonal event.

  • Arrived early to assist with event setup and team coordination.

  • Guided a group of participants during the drive to ensure smooth execution.

  • Contributed to building a cleaner and more responsible campus environment.

  • Received a certificate recognizing volunteer service and commitment.

Key Learnings:

  • Environmental change begins with small, community-led actions.

  • Organizing and participating in civic events strengthens teamwork and leadership.

  • Real impact comes from blending awareness with tangible contributions.
